Project management
Connect proposals, budget and changes, and organise tasks according to the contracted scope.
Conceptual sceneYour project needs connected decisions: what will be done, who is responsible and how it progresses. We organise the management of your build, the documentation and the paperwork so you can decide with an overall view.
Project management brings together planning, proposals and follow-up. We define the support you need from wherever your project currently stands.
Management organises information and decisions. This diagram distinguishes roles a project may require, not services automatically included in our engagement. We agree what we take on and which professionals we coordinate with.

Direct the technical, aesthetic, planning and environmental development in line with the design and the permit.
Direct the physical construction and control the quality and quantity of what is built.
Health and safety coordination has its own role and qualified professional where required. Coordinating trades does not replace that appointment or the responsibilities of each party.
A build to coordinate, a country property whose status needs reviewing or commercial premises to transform all require different documentation and checks.
We organise phases, proposals and decisions to relate the budget to progress on site. We define the follow-up, the contacts and the documentation for the engagement, including when you’re already working with an architect.
How we organise follow-upWe review the background, documentation and status of the property to study what can be processed. The design and procedures are defined case by case; starting the study does not guarantee that legalisation is viable.
Ask about legalising your propertyBefore designing the home, we study the planning fit and the conditions of the premises. Feasibility, design and the permit route depend on the specific case; owning commercial premises does not guarantee they can be converted.
See change of useEnter two base fees excluding VAT and compare three items from your proposals. Additional amounts must have the same tax treatment and refer to the same item in both proposals.
Check whether design, permits and management are included in each base, charged separately or still to be confirmed. Only add up the identified extras and ask for pending items to be clarified. The price doesn’t confirm who takes on each responsibility.

——No VAT or other taxes are added. The comparison doesn’t check that the engagements are equivalent, who signs each piece of work or that the scope is complete.
We agree the documents and follow-up you’ll receive. These deliverables help keep the project organised.
Line items, inclusions and exclusions to assess offers on the same basis.
Requested change, expected impact and approval before it is incorporated.
Plans, correspondence and follow-up or completion documents included in the engagement.
Planning adapts to the status of the project, the parties involved and the documentation available.

Review of outstanding items and handover of the agreed documents.
Applications are prepared according to the work and the municipality, with the necessary authorisation to act on your behalf. Decisions on them rest with the authorities.

It depends on the work, the regulations and the conditions of the property. They are different routes and aren’t chosen by preference. We review the applicable case, any protections and the documentation required before applying.
Yes. We start from the existing design and engagements to agree what support you need and how we coordinate with your architect and the other parties, respecting their roles.
We define channels, update points and the decisions that need your approval. Remote follow-up is combined with the on-site work included in the engagement.
According to the scope, phases, complexity and expected time commitment. The proposal should identify included services, additional costs or work, and conditions for extending the engagement.
The decision depends on the authorities and the file. We can organise the documentation and respond to the requests included in the engagement; the plan distinguishes those procedures from the team’s tasks.
