Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026.

This policy explains what personal data we process when you use this website or contact us, why we process it and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

  • Tax ID (NIF): B24912248
  • Address: C/ Pere Dezcallar i Net, 11, puerta 7, 07003 Palma (Balearic Islands, Spain)
  • Privacy contact email: info@tramuntanaprojects.com

2. What data we process

  • Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), type of project and the message you write, including any summary you bring from our tools.
  • Communications: the information you send us by email or phone, and any plans, photos or documents you choose to share.
  • Technical data: the minimum information your browser sends when you visit the website (such as your IP address), needed to display the website and keep it secure.

The calculators, comparison tools and assistants on this website run in your browser: what you enter in them is not sent to us unless you choose to take the summary to the contact form and send it.

Please do not include special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) in your messages.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote or a site visit. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent when you send the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • To manage the relationship if you hire us (contract, invoicing and legal obligations). Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
  • To keep the website secure and prevent spam through the form. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data, and we do not use it to send you advertising.

4. How long we keep it

We keep the data from your enquiry for as long as the business relationship lasts. If the enquiry does not lead to a project, we delete it one year after the last contact. If we work together, we will keep the necessary information for the periods required by law (for example, for tax and commercial purposes).

5. Who we share it with

We do not pass your data on to third parties or share it with our partners, unless required by law. To provide our service we use providers that act as data processors, under contract and with appropriate safeguards:

  • Website hosting and maintenance.
  • Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.), for email.
  • Google Fonts (Google), which serves the website’s fonts and receives your browser’s IP address when loading them.

Some Google services may involve transfers of data to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to info@tramuntanaprojects.com. Please tell us which right you wish to exercise; if necessary, we will ask you to prove your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as an encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the whole website and restricted access to the information.

8. Cookies

Information about cookies is in our cookie policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or the website. The date of the last update appears at the top.

This is an English translation for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
