Seven years together before founding Tramuntana
Juan Andrés and José each have more than ten years of experience in the sector, specialising as site managers on high-end homes and hotel refurbishments.
After meeting as site managers, they spent nearly seven years working together, managing large-scale projects in Mallorca. That experience allowed them to consolidate a way of working based on planning, technical control and first-hand knowledge of every stage of the construction process.
That is how Tramuntana Projects was born in early 2025, with a philosophy built on personal, honest dealings, both with clients and with the professionals who make each project possible. Without giving up the technical rigour and reliability that their experience brings.
