Transform your home with a full renovation that connects interiors, services and outdoor living.
In a full chalet renovation, improving the living room shouldn’t leave comfort or the connection with the garden for later. We study interiors, services and outdoor areas together, and define what to transform and what is worth keeping.

A renovation can combine these areas. Not all of them need renewing: what matters is identifying how they connect and the work your house needs.
Moving the kitchen or bathrooms affects drainage, electrics and climate control. Before fixing a layout, routes, access points and equipment are checked, as well as how each room is used.
Leaks, insulation and sun protection are studied together. Renewing finishes without checking the source of damp can leave the problem unsolved.
Opening up a wall or enlarging a window requires checking what that element does. Possibilities are assessed on the existing building, not just on a drawing.
Levels, drainage, shade and lighting connect the house with the outdoors. If the pool is renovated, its equipment and access are also reviewed; it isn’t assumed to be included in every full renovation.
Mark your priorities and get a list of useful information for the first visit. You can add a note, save the summary and take it to your enquiry.

When renovating a luxury chalet in Mallorca, the level of finish should go hand in hand with comfort. A well-fitted joinery detail matters as much as solar control, equipment noise or access for maintenance.
The proposal adapts to what you want to keep and transform. The whole house doesn’t need to change for it to work better.
Get to know TramuntanaSquare metres don’t tell the whole story. Renewing interiors doesn’t cost the same as also working on the roof, services and outdoor areas. The condition and the planned line items let us assess your home.
Demolition and waste, masonry, service networks, joinery and finishes, with measurements and specifications. Roof, pool and garden are listed separately when they are part of the job.
Technical documentation, fees and paperwork are defined according to your home and the engagement. The proposal should state who handles each service and how it is priced.
Taxes, exclusions, supply, transport and installation where applicable. Also how changes and work still to be checked are priced.
In full chalet renovations in Palma de Mallorca and across the island, equipment access, material storage and waste removal also shape how the work is organised.
Assess the renovation of my chaletIf you’re looking for a turnkey renovation of your chalet, define who coordinates, what work is carried out and what you’ll receive at the end. The term doesn’t replace an agreed scope.
Review condition, documentation, needs and the elements you want to keep.
Define layout, specifications, responsibilities, budget and the paperwork for the case.
Coordinate sequence, supplies and access; record and approve changes.
Check the contracted work, resolve outstanding items and gather the documentation.
It helps to separate preparation and paperwork from construction. Made-to-measure materials, drying times and outdoor work shape the sequence. If you need to live in the house, areas out of use, supply cuts and alternatives must be agreed; working in phases doesn’t guarantee you can stay there.
If you’re starting from a plot or a house yet to be built, the job is a new build. If the priority is restoring a traditional building, see refurbishment of old houses and country estates.

They don’t correspond to a universal scope. They can go towards a limited intervention, but they don’t allow a full renovation to be promised without knowing the area, condition, services and specifications. It’s best to set priorities and ask for comparable line items before deciding.
It depends on the scope, preparation, paperwork, supplies and outdoor work. The schedule should identify which decisions or orders affect each phase. A date without those dependencies doesn’t let you plan use of the house properly.
The procedure depends on the municipality, the property and the work. It must be defined before construction, especially if the structure, façade, roof, volume or use change. The proposal should clarify which documentation and procedures are contracted.
It can’t be stated in general terms. The status of the house and the conditions applicable to its plot must be reviewed before an increase in floor area or volume can be considered feasible.
Not by default. Design, technical documentation, site management, construction, pool and garden must be explicitly listed when contracted. The quote should distinguish those services and the exclusions, and explain how changes are approved.
Municipality, approximate floor area, plans or photos, the areas you want to change and what you’d prefer to keep. Add whether the house will be occupied and if you have a target date. The renovation planner helps you organise that information.
Tell us where your home is, what it’s like now and what you want to change. If you have plans or photos, mention it so we can prepare the review of your house.
