A home ready for rental

Uetam 7 is the full renovation of a rental home in Pere Garau, Palma. The project had a tight deadline and aimed to balance functionality, durability and cost control through simple solutions and hard-wearing materials.

The layout was reorganised to create three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a utility room. The services were renewed and the exterior windows, shutters and interior doors were replaced. The work also included built-in wardrobes, a fully equipped kitchen and wood-effect porcelain flooring.

Planning and continuous coordination of the trades made it possible to complete the work within the planned two months, meeting the financial, functional and aesthetic goals agreed for this home.
