The project

Natural oak and light in Palma

JC10 is the full renovation of a home of 120 m² in Palma, near the Santa Catalina neighbourhood. The interior combines a contemporary look with a layout designed to make the most of natural light and create spacious, welcoming rooms.

Natural oak takes centre stage, especially in the bespoke furniture designed for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Its tones and textures combine with the wall coverings and finishes to bring warmth to the whole.

The home has three full bathrooms, two of them en suite. The layout and bespoke elements aim to combine comfort, functionality and a character of its own.
