S’Embat · Full renovation of 180 m²

Full renovation of a 180 m² detached house in Santanyí. Natural stone, marès sandstone and bespoke wardrobes combine Mallorcan tradition with contemporary spaces.

The project

Local materials and Mediterranean character

S’Embat is the full renovation of a detached house of 180 m² in Santanyí, near S’Amarador. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The renovation preserves the character of traditional Mallorcan construction and combines it with contemporary, functional spaces.

Natural Santanyí stone and local marès sandstone play a leading role in the project. They are combined with stone-effect porcelain flooring to give continuity to the tones and textures of the interior.

The bespoke wardrobes, inspired by rustic Menorcan style, add storage and reinforce the Mediterranean character of the house. The combination of these materials and finishes shapes a calm, welcoming home.
