Contemporary house with patio concept

This concept explores a single-storey house organised around a patio with an olive tree. The relationship between inside and outside lets you imagine rooms open to the light, with shaded spaces for different times of day.

What this house proposes

A simple route between the living areas and the patio, large openings to the garden and materials that connect with Mediterranean architecture. Stone, render and wood bring different textures without competing.

What would need studying for your house

Orientation, plot dimensions, privacy, room programme and budget. This image doesn’t define a buildable solution for a specific plot: the design and its conditions must be studied for each site.

Illustrative concept, not work carried out by Tramuntana. No floor area, cost, timeframe or results of a real project are attributed.
