Two complete bathrooms, one of them en suite, within the full renovation of an 84 m² home in Palma.
Choose what to keep, replace or move. You’ll see what changes in the job and can take your summary to the first conversation.
The scope is defined after reviewing the condition of the bathroom: what is kept, what is replaced and what changes position.
Protection, removal of sanitaryware, stripping of wall and floor finishes and waste management.
Plumbing, drainage, electrics and ventilation, coordinated with the new layout.
Substrate preparation, waterproofing and detailing of junctions in wet areas.
Wall and floor finishes, sanitaryware, shower screen, vanity unit, lighting and trims; checking everything installed.

It can be a partial job, without renovating the whole bathroom. First, the drainage, substrate and wall finishes left when the bath is removed need to be checked.
Not every bathroom allows a level-access shower, and not all existing materials can be salvaged.
Define what I want to changeA range to start planning, not a quote for your project. Changing the layout, choosing made-to-measure pieces or renewing deteriorated services can increase it.
Indicative amount: always confirm the total including VAT in the quote for your bathroom.
When comparing quotes, check both the building work and the sanitaryware, shower screen, taps, vanity unit and finishes. A labour-only offer is not the same as the complete bathroom.
In Palma and other parts of Mallorca, access, lifts and waste removal also affect how the work is organised.
Ask about my renovation
As an initial guide, allow 1–2 weeks of work. The schedule for your bathroom is set according to the scope, available materials, drying times and any issues that arise; it is not a guaranteed timeframe.
If it’s the only bathroom in the house, agree which days it will be out of use and what alternative you’ll have. Planning protection, routes and cleaning avoids improvising during the work.
Its connection to the soil stack, the route and the available height need to be reviewed. The layout has to adapt to a workable drainage solution, not just to the space on the drawing.
It depends on its condition, adhesion and the planned work. When stripping out, damage may appear or matching tiles may be missing to complete the junctions.
It needs to be agreed in the job. Share models, measurements and specifications before services are installed, and agree delivery, installation and responsibility for each item supplied.
It’s worth reviewing the existing extraction and its route, as well as the lighting. A mirror or a light finish is no substitute for proper ventilation.
It depends on the municipality, the property and the work. Confirm the applicable procedure before starting, especially if the layout changes or communal elements are affected.
Tell us what your bathroom is like and what you’d like to change. Measurements and a few photos help to get started.
