House extension and pool concept

This concept proposes adding a bright room to a Mediterranean house, connected to the garden and a rectangular pool. The new volume keeps its own identity without losing its relationship with the original house.

More space, with a clear purpose

The extension is conceived as a living space open to the outdoors. Openings, shade and continuous paving help imagine how it would be used during the day and how it would relate to the rest of the home.

The house, the extension and the water

Studying the whole from the start makes it possible to coordinate routes, services and site access, even if different phases are agreed later. The pool isn’t treated as an element separate from how the garden is used.

What would need checking on your property

The condition of the house, the plot conditions, the connection between structures and the space needs. The concept doesn’t demonstrate that an extension or pool can be authorised on a specific property.
